ME
More than you wanted to know.

Hi, I’m Tricia—and I’m really glad you’re here.

I believe in small, quiet goodness. The kind that doesn’t make headlines but still changes someone’s day. A warm meal. A kind word. A story that reminds you you’re not alone.

Through my podcast Snippet of Good, my cozy mysteries, and my simple, budget-friendly recipes, I share stories and ideas meant to slow things down and make life feel a little more doable. Nothing fancy. Nothing perfect. Just real life, with a little warmth and humor mixed in.

If I can do it, you can do it too—and I mean that sincerely. I don’t believe in pressure or hustle here. I believe in trying one small thing, resting when you need to, and letting “good enough” actually be enough.

You’ll find encouragement, gentle reminders, easy recipes, and stories sprinkled with hope—and maybe a little sass—because life is hard, but it doesn’t have to be joyless.

This is a cozy corner of the internet. Come sit for a while. You’ve got this.

— Tricia

I don't know about you, but my to-do lists are always way longer than I have time in a day to do. I always start by adding "write a to-do list" at the top of the page so I can cross something off immediately.

Besides overbooking my time, I love to try new things and go to new places. I am a wife, mother of four, writer, photographer, cook, baker, crafter, quilter... Lots of hobbies, but not an expert in any of them.

My superpower: people—even strangers—tell me their secrets. That's fabulous for the writer in me, not so much for the introvert. We probably won't agree on everything or even love all the same things, but isn't it great that we aren't all the same?
